Keto Vip be grateful not assuming that I'm not sick off to the hospital so I just made some open I just wanted to talk about this really quick because this is one of the things that I have accomplished recently so basically I used to have my oatmeal with butter and brown sugar and like a lot of it too that's just how I like it recently I have gotten to the point where I don't need any sugar which is awesome and no butter first I just started off with not adding any butter after that I did brown sugar and I slowly added less and less and less each time that I made it if you're trying like cut out something I suggest just trying to do it slowly and like just taking it away bit by bit and definitely make sure you have a substitute like you don't wan
